New Subdivision in Show Low Creates Local Jobs

By James M. Maloney

On December 15th, 2009, Genesis Real Estate and Development and the contractor/builder Butler Developments, LLC, officially broke ground on their first model home for the Pine Haven Subdivision. This is a significant achievement during these challenging economic times because Genesis is committed to their efforts to boost the local economy by creating and sustaining local jobs. This also shows that the bleak real estate development environment is showing signs of improvement.Wasserrutsche Sea Theme

Pine Haven is a 111 lot subdivision located just off the Deuce of Clubs in Show Low at the intersection of Central Ave. and Whipple Rd. Reid Johnson, the owner of cialis drug Eastern Arizona Surface and Underground, has been working on this project for over two and a half years. He has seen first hand the impact this project is having. “This project has pumped over $3M dollars into our local economy and created or sustained over 75 local jobs over the last 3 years. Everyone from architects to contractors to local city officials benefit from these projects. They create jobs and tax revenues for our community during a time when we really need it.”

Genesis Real Estate and Development agrees with Mr. Johnson and hopes that this project is a catalyst for other builders and developers to start new projects in our local community. The White Mountains of Arizona has historically relied phentermine heavily on real estate. During the early 2000’s when our economy was thriving, a lot of this had to do with new construction and home sales. Over the course of the last 3 years, new development projects have all but dried up resulting in lost jobs and foreclosures. Genesis feels that finally our local and national economies are starting to signs of improvement and thinks that this is an opportune time to move forward with their plans.

The ground breaking was well attended by many local enthusiasts. Those who came out to witness the event included representatives from Lawyers Title, The Show Low Chamber of Commerce, Show Low city officials including Mayor Rick Fernau and City Manager Ed Muder, Genesis Real Estate and Development, and a vast assortment of local subcontractors who will be working with Butler Developments.

The first model home is the first of three that will be going into Pine Haven this winter. Genesis will use this first model home as a sales office and they hope to be open to the public by early Spring.
